Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned embedded systems engineer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of embedded systems in industrial automation, off-highway, and engineering domains.This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and experience in leading teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Main Responsibilities:Lead and mentor embedded engineering teamsArchitect and deliver HW + FW solutionsEnsure system reliability, performance, and scalabilityDrive technical decisions and enforce engineering best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Career Requirements:18+ years of experience in Embedded Systems DevelopmentStrong background in C / C++ ProgrammingFamiliarity with RTOS, Embedded Linux, and various architectures such as ARM, PIC, STM32, NXPKnowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IPHands-on experience with JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes for debuggingPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to IoT / IIoTB1 Visa requiredEducational Qualification:BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, or Computer EngineeringWhat We Offer:An exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
