Job DescriptionAs a SAP CPI Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's SAP systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level support and guidance on all aspects of SAP CPI implementation, configuration, and optimization.Required Skills & QualificationsMore than 7+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO and CPI is essential.Extensive experience working on SAP CPI application support is necessary.A very good academic background is required.Excellent communication skills are mandatory, as you will need to interact with clients and other partners effectively to understand problems and provide solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an offshore consultant, your key responsibilities include handling L2 and L3 incidents, investigating problem tickets, providing resolutions within defined service levels, and restoring business continuity as quickly as possible.Investigate incidents and problem tickets assigned to you.Provide inputs and work closely with technical consultants for issue investigation and preparation of technical specifications.Update the status of tickets for service delivery managers.Responsible for maintaining SLAs intact.Periodically update the issue log with the right information in ticketing tools for incident and problem management tickets.Escalate tickets to third parties and vendors, taking end-to-end ownership until issues are completely resolved.Monitor background jobs and take corrective action in case of failure.Recommend industry best practices and implement service improvement plans to achieve application stability.Maintain documentation for engagements.Cooperate with audit teams, implementing recommendations received from them.Connect with business users periodically to update statuses of incidents, problem tickets, and system changes.Apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, driving process integration and standardization.
