Senior Digital Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, building low and high-fidelity production-ready design, creating systems and workflows for the team, developing UI mockups and prototypes, understanding and managing design systems, preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, advising and working closely with designers, identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback, adhering to style standards, and training new designers.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile applications.Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into development.Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.Requirements:3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with human-computer interaction principles.Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.Experience with design systems and style guides.About Us:Our company is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
