Job TitleWe are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives in earth observation data. We aim to make insights from earth observation data accessible to all.Key Responsibilities:Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and earth observation, driving R&D initiatives that enhance our competitive edge.Provide guidance on the application of advanced machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques tailored to earth observation data.Oversee the full project lifecycle for AI/ML applications, from ideation and design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and impact.Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI/ML initiatives in earth observation, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth.Partner with internal stakeholders and external organizations to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and innovation.Effectively communicate technical concepts and project outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable strategies.Requirements:Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, or related field.10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Benefits:Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family.Dedicated allowances for learning and skill development.Flexible leave policy with casual leaves, paid leaves, marriage leaves, bereavement leaves.Twice a year appraisal.Interview Process:Intro call.Assessment.Presentation.Interview rounds.Culture round/Human Resources round.
