Financial Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial operations in the United States. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, approvals, and payments.Review vendor contracts and purchase orders to ensure accurate expense coding.Ensure timely vendor payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers.Maintain accurate records of transactions and support month-end closing activities.Handle vendor queries and reconcile supplier statements.Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:Oversee billing and invoicing to US clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Track incoming payments, post receipts, and maintain AR aging reports.Follow up with clients for overdue invoices and manage collection activities.Payroll Management Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for US employees and contractors (W2, 1099, C2C).Verify employee timesheets, hours, and benefits deductions.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.Financial Reporting & Compliance Responsibilities:Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting per US GAAP standards.We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with 5-10+ years of experience in US Accounting / Payroll / AP-AR Management. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, payroll tax regulations, and accounting principles is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reporting tools is also required.'],
