**Job Title:** Network Solutions SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization.Responsibilities:Configure and maintain networking devices, including switches and access pointsMonitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business requirements and cybersecurity best practicesDevelop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and proceduresImplement and manage network automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior network team membersStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in network security and infrastructurePerform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director ITRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field4+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Meraki technologiesPalo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certificationCisco Meraki certification (e.g., CMNA, CMNO)In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocolsExperience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issuesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbout UsWe are a dynamic and innovative organization that values expertise and collaboration.
