Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 5-12 years of experience in the field of data science and machine learning. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms, and creating/running simulations. You will be required to have a strong passion for machine learning and data-driven decision-making, and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and perform end-to-end data science projects: understand requirements, design R&D prototypes, develop & implement appropriate ML algorithms.

2. Conduct advanced data analysis and design highly complex algorithm.

3. Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems.

4. Work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.

5. Utilize a diverse array of technologies and tools as needed, to deliver insights, such as R, SAS, Python, Spark, etc.

6. Develop and implement forecasting algorithms and models to predict future outcomes and trends.

7. Develop causal approaches and models to understand the relationships between different variables.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5-12 years of experience in the field of Data Science.

2. Expert in SQL, Python, and Pyspark.

3. Proficient in Data Pre-processing, Neural Networks, Supervised Machine Learning, EDA, Deep Learning, Unsupervised Machine Learning.

4. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other similar technologies.

5. Strong understanding of Forecasting Algorithms, Ensemble Models, Reinforcement Learning.

6. Familiarity with Image Processing, Computer Vision Libraries: (OpenCV, scikit-image..)

7. Knowledge in Time Series Forecasting and Machine Learning Basics- Regression, Classification, Clustering.

8. Experience with Causal Modeling will be considered a plus.

9. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
