Job DescriptionAs a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations. You will contribute to tax compliance and deliver accurate and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determination for construction entities operating across jurisdictions.Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Handle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences for construction clients.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open items and clarify construction-specific tax positions.Perform research on construction tax topics, including IRC §460, §199A, and contractor-specific tax credits or deductions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.CPA, EA, or pursuing is a plus.3-8 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation (construction or real estate clients preferred).Ability to interpret U.S. tax laws as applied to contractors.BenefitsYou will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-border teamwork.
