Senior SAP FICO Functional ConsultantOur company is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team for the reporting transformation of the FAST S/4HANA migration project. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AR, AP, and GL.Utilize analytical skills to analyze ECC financial reports and map data to S/4HANA structures.Identify required AR/AP/GL attributes for Global Data Lake (GDL) extraction.Develop high-quality functional specs, FRDs/BRDs, and process documentation.Perform FIT/GAP analysis and define To-Be processes.Support unit testing, integration testing, and financial data validation.Validate GL postings, sub-ledgers, period-end processes, and tax logic.Key Responsibilities:The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Capgemini and BI teams for accurate reporting outputs. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with global financial reporting templates.Requirements:8+ years SAP FICO experience with strong AR/AP/GL expertise.Mandatory: ECC + S/4HANA hands-on experience.Strong skills in functional documentation & data mapping.Deep understanding of SAP FI tables (BSEG, BSID, BSAD, BSIK, BSAK, etc.).Brownfield migration experience preferred.Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
