Job OpportunityThe role of Growth Manager involves overseeing the end-to-end acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue levers for Tap Health. This includes designing and implementing high-impact experiments across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, referral loops, lifecycle journeys, and landing pages.To be successful in this position, collaboration with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams is essential to create compounding growth and a habit-forming product experience.Key responsibilities include driving growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referrals; building and optimising full-funnel dashboards with daily KPIs and cohort tracking; reducing CAC, improving user LTV, and scaling profitable growth channels.The ideal candidate will work closely with product to reduce drop-offs across the onboarding flow, run weekly growth sprints to iterate copy, UX, screen logic, pricing, and nudges, and build WhatsApp-based conversion funnels aligned to Tap Health's purchase journey.This role also involves running deep cohort analysis to understand behavioural patterns, building engagement loops using habit formation, gamification, nudges, and reminders personalised recommendations, and improving D1, D7, D30 retention through behavioural design.A strong analytical skills with experience in Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or SQL, creativity with consumer psychology and messaging, understanding of habit loops, behaviour change, and gamification are required for this position.Drive growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referralsBuild and optimize full-funnel dashboardsReduce CAC and improve user LTVScale profitable growth channelsWork closely with product to reduce drop-offs across the onboarding flowRun weekly growth sprints to iterate copy, UX, screen logic, pricing, and nudgesBuild WhatsApp-based conversion funnels aligned to Tap Health's purchase journey
