Job Title: Human Resources Development SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles.Key ResponsibilitiesUse LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement.Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing.Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising.Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation.Maintain HRIS records, support human resource planning and policy implementation.Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews.Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this role, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
