This dynamic role aims to harmonize processes for optimal efficiency while ensuring compliance with GSK's global and local policies.Global Process Owner - Absence & Time ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Implementation & ImprovementAs an Absence and Time Management expert - partner with ERP HR Evolution program team in the roll-out of global Time and Absence Management solutions (Workday, S4 Hana, external systems) across all regions, adhering to appropriate process and change management principles.Lead system and process improvements initiatives especially revolving around increasing efficiency and implementing advanced technologies (e.g., RPA, AI)Governance & ComplianceEnsure all processes meet GSK policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements at local and regional levels.Design and enforce robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor process adherence and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with cross-functional teams, including business, HR, payroll, finance, risk and compliance, to ensure interdependencies with other business domains are seamlessly managed.Champion and influence change initiatives to improve consistency in Absence/Time Management globally.Process Design & OwnershipDefine and maintain global standards for processes to align with GSK's operational strategy and objectives.Collaborate with HR, People Servies, and IT teams to ensure integration with other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Workday modules.Why you?
