Renewable Energy Equipment Inspector

Key Responsibilities Include:Conduct inspections in accordance with established plans and checklists.Participate in project opening meetings to brief suppliers on scope, rules and schedule.Verify site conditions prior to inspection using 5M methodology.Coordinate the inspection team on site according to activity schedules prepared by the Project Manager.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurements against a checklist.Monitor testing lead times to ensure completion within agreed schedules.Inform contact persons at the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plans.Report findings to the Project Manager during the inspection.Fill out inspection reports based on formats prepared by the Service Engineering team.Suggest improvements to suppliers to enhance inspected products and testing conditions.Propose enhancements to the inspection methodology.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures for PV Modules.Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage or factory inspections.At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 years' experience in a PV Module technical position are mandatory.A minimum of 1-2 years management experience is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language skills are highly valued.High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities and high work ethic are essential.Our ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
