Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all components meet safety and performance standards, including motors, ESCs, batteries, propellers, airframes, and electronics.The key responsibilities of this role include:Performing incoming and in-process inspections using SOPs/checklists (visual, dimensional, basic electrical).Recording measurements in templates (Excel/Sheets), attaching photos, and tagging material Accept/Reject/Hold.Assisting with functional checks (continuity, no-load current, telemetry sanity) under supervision.Raising NCRs, quarantining suspect parts, supporting root-cause (5-Why) and CAPA tracking.Maintaining SOPs, work instructions, calibration logs, and lot traceability.Preparing simple quality dashboards (yield/defect trends) for weekly reviews.Following EHS/ESD & battery safety procedures at all times.The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related fields and hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and pin gauges.They will also have proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, strong attention to detail and data accuracy, clear written and verbal communication skills, and comfort working on the shop floor.RequirementsThe following qualifications are required for this position:A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field.Hands-on experience with quality control instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to maintain accurate records.Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.Comfort working on a shop floor environment.
