Job OverviewA Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with laws.Key Responsibilities:• Process semi-monthly or monthly payroll runs.• Maintain employee payroll records including new hires, exits, terminations, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.• Prepare payroll schedules.• Respond to payroll-related inquiries.• Payroll accounting in a timely manner.• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment in compensation and benefits.• Handle payroll audits and coordinate with auditors if necessary.• File tax reports and ensure timely payments.Job RequirementsTo be successful as a Payroll Specialist you will need the following skills and qualifications:• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and laws.• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Why Work With UsWe offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.
