STEM Content Rater

As a STEM Content Rater, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of AI learning systems. You will evaluate and refine high-quality STEM content to ensure AI responses are accurate, well-structured, and easy for learners to comprehend.Key Responsibilities:Develop accurate step-by-step solutions and clear explanations for STEM questions across various difficulty levels.Ensure content adheres to quality rubrics, style guidelines, and strong pedagogy.Highlight conceptual reasoning and address common misconceptions.Assessment and Feedback:Assess AI-generated answers for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality.Provide constructive, actionable feedback to enhance model performance.Contribute to building benchmark datasets and 'ground truth' responses.Subject Expertise:Utilize strong academic fundamentals aligned with JEE (Mains + Advanced) and top Indian undergraduate standards.Suggest alternative solving approaches when applicable.Collaborative Work:Coordinate with Stem Leads and fellow raters to ensure consistency.Follow defined workflows, report blockers proactively, and meet timelines.Required Qualifications:B.Tech graduate from any IITJEE Advanced qualification is mandatoryStrong conceptual understanding in relevant STEM subjectsExcellent written communication skillsTeaching/tutoring/content development experience is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Experience coaching students for JEE/NEET/GATE or similar competitive examsAbility to create advanced/original problems (Olympiad or JEE Advanced level)Experience working with AI/LLM systems or structured feedback formatsPersonal Skills:Detail-oriented and quality-focusedStrong explanation skills and learner-first mindsetAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilitySelf-driven, organized, and efficient in remote settingsTech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace and new tools
