Job Title: Senior Engineering LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned Engineering leader to oversee the development of our consumer-facing platforms.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in an engineering management role, preferably leading remote teams.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Build and scale high-performing engineering teams, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship programs.Architecture and Design: Own system architecture and design, driving scalable and secure solutions for consumer-facing platforms.Engineering Development Process: Establish the engineering development process, driving modern practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.Cloud-Native Development: Drive cloud-native development and ensure platform reliability, high performance, and scalability.Preferred Qualifications:Start-up Experience: Proven start-up experience, thrival in 0→1 and high-growth environments.Recruitment and Team Building: Hands-on experience in recruiting engineers, building onboarding programs, and creating successful teams.Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud architectures.Tech Stack:Languages: NodeJS, Java, PythonInfrastructure: Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWSCloud-Native Architectures: Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
