Job Title: Creative Director - Unreal Engine ArtistOverview:As a creative director, you will lead the vision for game and digital-twin experiences, with a strong focus on high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency.Responsibilities:Guide and mentor art teams to set clear creative and visual standards.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows support creative goals.Oversee final in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation.Provide direction for large real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Requirements:10+ years of experience as a creative director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Strong experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions.Proven leadership on large-scale or high-visual-impact projects.Solid artistic foundation (environment, cinematic, or visual design).Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Technical Skills:Expert-level command of Unreal Engine 4/5.Experience with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Skilled in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.Proficient in 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Familiar with production and collaboration tools such as Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems.Desirable Skills:Understanding of digital-twin and real-world mapping tools, including geo-data and architectural workflows.
