Role Overview: We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Nagpur. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting up high-value meetings for our sales team. What You’ll Do: Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points Schedule appointments and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to ensure a strong lead pipeline Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and persuasion skills Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn B2B sales Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Excellent Communication and Sales abilities Experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
