IT Service Resolution SpecialistThe IT Service Resolution Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT services. Following best practices outlined in ITIL V4, this role is responsible for the efficient and effective management of IT problems and incidents to minimize their impact on the organization.
