Senior Technical Support LeadWe are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will drive agreement and improvement across product and operations teams.You will work with other team members in offices globally, providing advanced technical expertise and leadership on important customer accounts.Responsibilities:Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple Atlassian products.Communicate complex technical details and progress updates to customers at an executive level.Solve complex tickets and provide recommendations for solutions.Act as the voice of the customer and champion their needs.Develop and deliver training on technical, soft skills, and behavioral interviews.Collaborate with global teammates to drive resolution of long-running tickets.
