We seek an Ayurvedic Doctor to join our team in delivering personalized consultations and high-quality care to our patients.Key Responsibilities:Deliver virtual consultations with empathy and professionalism to ensure patient satisfaction and well-being throughout their healthcare journey.Proactively engage with customers via outbound calls to track treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their Traya experience.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators, including call attempts made and completed consultation calls each day.Follow established communication guidelines to ensure consistent, high-empathy experiences that meet Traya's service and quality standards.Patient-Centric Care:Conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and the established line of treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Requirements :BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.Valid medical registration/license (if applicable).
