Job SummaryAs a strategic financial decision-maker, you will leverage your analytical expertise to evaluate key business opportunities across the organization. Your ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively will be crucial in driving business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will partner with senior leadership to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons.Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods to inform business decisions.Analyze data to identify actionable insights and provide recommendations for improvement.Ensure seamless data transformation from NetSuite and Odoo and maintain data integrity across reports.Develop and improve financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Create interactive dashboards using PowerBI to visualize performance metrics.Support the development of the annual budget and provide ad-hoc analysis as required.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.Relevant college degree or equivalent qualification.Detailed knowledge of variance analysis and financial reporting.NetSuite/Odoo experience is advantageous.Essential SkillsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Highly proficient Excel user with expertise in data manipulation and analysis.
