We are Hiring TWO (2) Operations–Compliance Analysts for our Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), to be based in Bangalore, IndiaAavihi Strategies Private Limited is the Investment Manager to a SEBI-registered Category III AIF focused on listed equities and equity derivatives.We are building a compact, high-integrity Operations–Compliance team and are hiring two Analysts. Both roles are designed with full cross-training and redundancy, so that each individual can eventually run the entire daily workflow independently.Key Responsibilities (shared across the two roles, with full backup capability): • Daily trade capture and reconciliation across brokers, custodian, clearing corporation, fund administrator and internal systems • Validation of F&O margins, MTM, exposures and leverage utilization in line with SEBI Category III norms • Support for daily internal NAV computation and monthly official NAV review • Settlements, cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations • Preparation of SEBI quarterly regulatory filings and quarterly leverage reports • Support for Compliance Test Report (CTR), PPM compliance, governance documentation and audit processes • Coordination with key external service providers – Trustee, Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), Fund Administrator, Compliance Advisors and Auditors • Maintenance of regulatory documentation, compliance registers and the compliance calendarWhat We Are Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance (minimum requirement) • Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers • Basic familiarity with the Indian equity and derivatives markets • High attention to detail, strong documentation discipline and a regulatory mindset • 0–3 years of experience in fund operations, broking, custody, fund administration, compliance, audit or accounting will be a distinct advantage, but is not mandatory for the right candidateBoth successful candidates will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring.
