Art Designer / Artist – Mobile GamesLocation : Mumbai - 3 Days a week from the officeReporting to:
Art DirectorExperience Required:
7+ Years of Experience
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities):Create (Source, produce, blend) relevant, highly optimised Backgrounds (BGs) for our
top 2D games (Check out the links)Work with the severe restrictions on the size of files (mobile games need to be as lean (less in MB) as possible to help rapid downloads.Work closely with the Product Manager, Creative team, and production Artists, constantly supplying them with Artwork that references their requirements.Play tons of competition mobile games.Stay informed about the latest advances in game art techniques and technology.
Be well-informed about new regenerative Art (AI) tools, websites, etc. to source and produce Art and have some experience in using these tools.You MUST have mobile games / mobile product work experience.You should have an eye for perfection and a burning desire to improve every release
Who could you be? (Experience and Background):7+ years of 2D Art design experience (As an Artist / BG or Interior Designer).You should be completely in sync with the aesthetics of the Western world (USA/EU). Our games are made for those audiences and NOT for India. If you have only worked on Indian art, skip this job.You should be a self-starter and capable of managing team tasks and deliverables.You should be naturally curious and creative, able to explore new ideas and learn from external sources.An exceptional portfolio featuring art, aesthetics, design and creativitySomeone who LOVES mobile games
Educational Qualification:Graduate from a reputed instituteAn Art / Design degree background would be preferred
