Job Title: Senior Data ScientistWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science expert to join our team.This is a unique opportunity for someone who can combine their technical expertise in AI/ML with strong analytical skills to drive business growth. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that can process large amounts of data quickly and accurately.The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping ML/LLM systems in production, can own data to deployment, thinks in terms of reliability, precision/recall, and trust, prefers small teams, and wants to build something relied upon by global teams every day.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop complex algorithms for processing and analyzing large datasets.Develop and deploy machine learning models using various programming languages and frameworks.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing models.Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration with data pipelines.Detect meeting-related asks, identifying participants, finding availability, and proposing times.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks. They will also be proficient in popular libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Requirements:Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML development.Expertise in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
