Job Title: Senior Consolidation ManagerWe are seeking an experienced senior professional to manage our financial consolidations processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience working with Oracle Financial systems.Key responsibilities include:Processing and reconciling trial balance loads from source general ledger systems.Translating local currency financial statements into USD, leveraging system capabilities.Ensuring accurate eliminations, intercompany transactions, and account balances.Preparing and validating consolidated financial statements.Providing support for local statutory filings and ad hoc reporting.Additional quarterly tasks involve reloading day-zero FX rates, processing intangible asset roll-forwards, and configuring Ad Hoc Reporting.Requirements include:20+ years of complex consolidations experience.Significant FX Remeasurement expertise.Experience translating local currency financial statements into parent company's reporting currency.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications (CA or CMA).
