Key Talent Sourcing SpecialistJob Title: Key Talent Sourcing SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and skilled talent sourcing specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering or architecture, excellent knowledge of job roles and skills in the civil engineering / architecture domain, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the civil engineering / architecture field.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic recruitment team and contribute to the delivery of top-tier talent solutions to leading organizations.
