Role:

  • Lead and manage client engagements, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure project team is working effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to build skills and capabilities.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Healthcare and Pharma practice, including business development and marketing efforts.


Key Skills:

  • Deep expertise in pharma industries
  • Experience in commercial due diligences, M&A, market entry strategy, Business model transformation, Organization strategy, transformation, and digital transformation in the healthcare and pharma space
  • Relationship with the Private Equity firms is good to have but not necessary.
  • A blend of industry and consulting experience will be ideal.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor team members.
  • Vast industry network and public presence at industry forums


Qualifications:

  • 15 years plus of experience in the core strategy consulting space in India, with deep expertise in the Healthcare, Medical Devices, MedTech, and Pharma industries.
  • MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution.
