Job Title: Creative Artist – Unreal Engine ArtistWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our team in the production of high-quality gaming and digital twin experiences using Unreal Engine.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading teams, visual storytelling, and Unreal Engine-based production.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision of our projects, ensuring consistency and high-quality visuals across all Unreal Engine content. They will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that Unreal Engine workflows support the creative goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a clear creative direction for our gaming and digital twin projects.Lead a team of artists and designers to create high-quality visuals, character models, and environments within Unreal Engine.Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and tools in Unreal Engine that support the creative goals.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.Maintain a strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in our workflow and techniques.About You:We are looking for someone who is passionate about game development, has a strong background in art direction, and is experienced in leading teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Requirements:10+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar role in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Strong command of Unreal Engine 4/5 and ability to adapt to new features and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Familiarity with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Bonus Points:Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine.Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration.Interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding.
