The role involves coordinating with labs, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and customers to ensure smooth execution of medical tests. As a key member of the Operations / Health Checkups team, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable with numbers, and demonstrate readiness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Pre-Policy Medical Checkup operations, working closely with various stakeholders to coordinate medical tests, track test status, and identify process improvements. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality, this role requires a motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a graduate degree is preferred.Relevant work experience is preferred.Skills & QualificationStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
