Job Title: Content Creator - Videographer/Photographer
Type: Full-time (On-site)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

We are looking for an independent, all-in-one Content Creator/Videographer/Photographer with a passion for visual storytelling to help elevate Tagliér’s consumer product offerings. This role will focus on creating captivating visuals that amplify our brand’s story and resonate with global retailers, importers, hospitality clients, and luxury brands.

Simply put, we need a charmer and a hustler—someone who doesn’t take “NO” for an answer and has a solution-oriented mindset to create content that scales and grows our digital presence . What you’ll be working on:
Content Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm creative content ideas and assist in compelling scripts that tell the stories behind our products, the artisans who craft them, and the unique process that makes them stand out.
Product Photography & Video Production: Capture captivating, high-quality images and videos that showcase the beauty and uniqueness of our luxury home décor products. These photos and videos should emphasize texture, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, while effectively telling our brand’s story.
Visual Storytelling: Develop visual content that connects emotionally with our audience, creating a narrative that resonates across digital platforms and builds deeper engagement.
Travel to Manufacturing Facilities: Visit our manufacturing facilities to capture the heart of Indian craftsmanship—filming artisans at work and gathering authentic, behind-the-scenes footage to bring our brand’s heritage to life.
Social Media Content: Create tailored content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok) that elevates the Tagliér brand and encourages interaction and engagement.
Collaborate & Conceptualize: Work closely with our marketing team to understand brand goals, customer personas, and campaign objectives. Create content that aligns with overall marketing strategies and resonates with luxury brands, global retailers, and hospitality clients.
Content Strategy: Assist in developing content calendars that align with seasonal trends, product launches, and promotional events.
Post-production Editing: Edit photos and videos to ensure all content is visually cohesive and meets brand guidelines. Optimize content for different formats (e.g., vertical for Instagram Stories, horizontal for product pages).
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and written content adhere to Tagliér’s aesthetic and reinforce our identity as a premium, luxury manufacturer.

Experience & Skills Required:
Proven experience in content creation, particularly in product photography, video production, and scriptwriting (portfolio required).
Proficiency with professional camera equipment and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve etc.).
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with a creative ability to craft narratives that engage and resonate with the audience.
Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns and execute them from start to finish, including scripting and video production.
Willingness and ability to travel to India’s manufacturing facilities to capture authentic content that highlights craftsmanship.
Experience creating content tailored for social media platforms with a keen understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for perfection, with a strong eye for detail in both visual content.
Own Professional Equipment: Candidate must have their own video-camera equipment (DSLR/GoPro/Drone/Gimbal etc.) to capture the essence of our products and the craftsmanship behind them.
Tech Requirements: Must own at least an iPhone 13 or newer for high-quality mobile content capture when necessary.
