About the role Reporting to the Head – Human Resources, Pepper Advantage India, the Lead Talent Acquisition role will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition including process planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. This also includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand. Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai, India. Main Responsibilities Ensure proper budgeting and planning of manpower. Drive and motivate the recruitment team. Ensure and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment. Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies. Work on cost effective methods of hiring effectively, especially bulk and across levels. Self-sourcing and hiring especially at the mid to senior level. Ensure a uniform onboarding experience. Work on initiates to create a strong employer brand for Pepper Advantage India. Your skills Technical 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector. Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience. Proficiency in windows, Excel and Data / MIS / number management Behavioral Negotiation Skills Ownership and Accountability Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates.
