Role & responsibilities:
- Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for incoming leads and direct messages from potential customers.
- Engage with potential leads in a timely and professional manner to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries through direct messages, comments, and other communication channels.
- Assist in creating lead nurturing strategies to turn inquiries into conversions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience or interest in social media marketing, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage leads professionally and effectively.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing value to potential customers.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads at once in a fast-paced environment.
