About Us: We're seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations. The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams in a global IT setup, ensuring accurate data management across all HR systems and employee data.A key part of the role is to ensure compliance with statutory laws and coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Additionally, the HR Operations Manager will drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives, build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, and establish an employee grievance process.The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms, as well as strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.In this role, you will work closely with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to operationalize efficiency, manage stakeholder communication, and resolve HR queries proactively.You will oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws, ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence, and serve as the HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in HR or Business Administration, and 10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices, with experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization.
