Senior Test Automation Engineer

Job DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the quality and reliability of our product, ensuring it meets enterprise-grade expectations. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a scalable automation framework that supports continuous releases, while also building a data integrity testing system to prevent cross-tenant data issues.Develop and implement performance and load testing as part of the regular release cycle.Establish visibility into quality metrics through dashboards and quality key performance indicators (KPIs).Strengthen the Quality Assurance team's technical capabilities and position the function for long-term scalability.Key Responsibilities:Lead Quality Assurance engineering efforts and own product quality across releases.Build and scale test automation systems across web, API, and performance to ensure seamless user experiences.Design and maintain test data generation systems for realistic customer simulation.Collaborate with Engineering to embed quality gates into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Define and measure key quality KPIs, including defect leakage, automation coverage, and test pass rate.Conduct thorough performance, scalability, and load testing for core workflows to ensure optimal user engagement.Partner with Security and DevOps teams to validate data access, customer isolation, and SOC2 compliance controls.Mentor and support Quality Assurance engineers in driving a culture of proactive quality ownership.
