Responsibilities:

  • Support the professional management and operation of the micro-school.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, fellow teachers, and management.

Key Skills We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master’s Degree in Education
  • Passion for alternative education models and enjoyment of working with young learners.
  • Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills.
  • Comfort in teaching English, Math & Science
  • Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach.
  • Strong interest or working knowledge in the Middle Years.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt and learn.
