Senior Automation Engineer Job DescriptionAs a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of software products. With a minimum of six years of experience and three years specifically in automation testing, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining an automation testing framework.Your responsibilities include defining test specifications, suites, and cases using Jira, utilizing automated tools throughout various test stages, and possessing a good understanding of test approaches for End-2-End (UI), APIs, Integration, and Non-functional aspects of the system. You will also test both frontend and backend systems, produce test evidence, testing reports, and associated artefacts to support quality.To succeed in this role, you will need excellent English communication skills to interact daily with clients, develop and maintain automated test cases using Cypress with TypeScript to validate UI and API functionality, and have experience with Windows and Linux Systems.
