Investing is stressful and emotional. Building & growing wealth is difficult and time-consuming. Most individuals struggle with managing their investments and money. Our goal is to help individuals grow their wealth without the stress, time, and costs involved in a traditional investment. At Dezerv, We are building a platform that leverages our decades of investment expertise to help individuals invest better for their future.

What are we trying to solve/mission?

We are passionate about helping Indians invest better. We manage investments with active oversight to help both, sophisticated and new investors build long term wealth across various market conditions.

What will you do:
Development & maintenance of Data Architecture for the Investemnt Team & optimizing how the databases interact with the analytical system.
Automation of Data workflows and the ETL processing: extracting data from different sources, processing & monitoring data quality.
Feature engineering, putting machine learning models into production & managing control systems across data products.
Managing the accuracy, security & integrity of data pipelines through quality control procedures & reports to present complex information in a simple manner.

Must have skills:
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Data Analytics, MS Excel.
Experience with database design & cloud technologies like AWS.
Data pre-processing, feature engineering & designing data models.
Experience managing data pipelines & deploying machine learning models in production.
Developing data visualization dashboards & reports to present complex information in a simple manner.

Good to have skills:
Proficiency in data technology stacks data warehousing & governance.
Experience building API, web scraping, Docker & Version control (Git).
Unit-testing code for robustness, usability, and general reliability.
Basics of finance & investing, familiarity with Stocks & Mutual Funds.
Excellent problem solving, communication & end-to-end ownership.
