Job Title: Post-Close AnalystAs a Post-Close Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents in the system to ensure completeness and accuracy.You will maintain and update construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors, assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors, and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe.In addition, you will communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.
