IT Resource Manager RoleWe are seeking a seasoned IT professional to assume the role of IT Resource Manager, focusing on enterprise resource management (ERM) within our global technology organization. This position is pivotal in driving performance by ensuring the optimal allocation of resources across multiple projects and teams.This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with complex multi-location IT delivery models and strategic workforce planning. You will be responsible for:Managing up to 500 roles, ensuring seamless resource allocation and demand matching across various locations and business lines.Maintaining high-quality data integrity, ensuring consistency and availability of resource management information to support informed decision-making.Identifying skills or capability gaps and providing actionable insights and reports to leadership.Overseeing resource release processes and facilitating smooth transitions between assignments.Collaborating with the IT Sourcing team on contractor sourcing, from initial request to successful onboarding.Addressing escalations related to resource allocation conflicts or bottlenecks.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and tooling enhancements.Establishing strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, acting as liaison between delivery teams and resource supply.Contributing to the development of effective resource management frameworks, particularly in areas where processes are evolving.To excel in this role, you should possess:A solid background in IT combined with experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent strategy.A proven track record of implementing resourcing and talent solutions across diverse workforce models.Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills at all levels.The ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a maturing business model.Experience engaging with external suppliers and vendor partners.Hands-on experience with resource demand validation, allocation, de-allocation processes, KPI tracking and reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboards.A deep understanding of IT project and service delivery roles, skills, and resourcing needs.Team leadership experience, along with project/program management exposure, is highly valued.In return, we offer:A unique opportunity to join our newly established IT Engineering organization with strong career growth prospects.A collaborative work environment focused on performance excellence and continuous improvement.Exposure to complex IT delivery models and strategic workforce planning.Ongoing support for your professional growth through new responsibilities, training, and leadership interactions.We strive for an inclusive workplace, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
