Job Title: Senior Visual Communications SpecialistJob Summary:As a Senior Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing visual communications strategies to support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and create high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity.Responsibilities: Create visually appealing designs for social media, ads, websites, branding, print media, and presentationsDevelop complete visual directions for campaigns, from concepts to final executionCollaborate with marketing, content, and ads teams to produce conversion-focused designsDeliver high-volume creatives efficiently without compromising qualityMaintain brand consistency across all design outputsStay updated on design trends and incorporate them into ongoing workManage multiple projects at once and ensure timely deliveryConvert briefs into visually engaging content with minimal supervisionPrepare final files for print and digital productionRequirements: 5–6 years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma (preferred), Canva (optional but useful)Expertise in designing for social media ads, brand identities, and marketing campaignsStrong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyAbility to handle tight deadlines and deliver polished work quicklyStrong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative styles and projectsExperience in motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)Experience working with marketing/ad agenciesAbility to create storyboards and campaign conceptsUnderstanding of UI/UX basicsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and portfolio for review.
