Machine Learning EngineerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design, build, deploy, and optimize ML/AI solutions across various business problems. The ideal candidate understands the full ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and train machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, deep learning)Build custom models or adapt pre-trained models (transfer learning)Conduct feature engineering, feature selection, and data transformationEvaluate model performance using appropriate metrics (AUC, F1, MAE, BLEU, WER, etc.)RequirementsStrong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)Proficiency in ML algorithms, data structures, and ML system designExperience with deep learning, especially CNN/RNN/TransformersKnowledge of LLMs, embeddings, tokenizer conceptsFamiliarity with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousesBenefitsOpportunity to work on challenging projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentOngoing training and development opportunities
