About this role:We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to plan and execute multiple aspects of marketing automation campaigns for loyalty and CRM initiatives. This includes understanding the basics of marketing automation, especially in the loyalty and CRM space for B2C industry, and having good exposure to tools used for planning, activating, and monitoring campaigns at large scale.Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of annual CRM & Loyalty calendar, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation. The successful candidate will also coordinate front-end and back-end systems and vendors for smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, other touchpoints).Additionally, the Marketing Automation Specialist will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives. They will partner with CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns, and ensure timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Other key responsibilities include liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics. The ideal candidate will understand and leverage system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.Requirements for success in this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong command of English (spoken and written). The successful candidate will also have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, be proactive, and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Qualifications for this role include an engineering background, preferably from top institutes, and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brands.
