Job Description: Facility Manager cum Receptionist
The Facility Manager cum Receptionist is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and walk-ins. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position combines facility management with front-office responsibilities to maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management
- Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness, coordinating with vendors and supervising office support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
2. Office Supplies and Utility Management
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
- Track and coordinate payments for utilities to prevent service disruptions.
3. Reception and Visitor Management
- Greet visitors professionally and direct them to appropriate team members.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
4. Security and Emergency Handling
- Manage office security systems and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Act as the point of contact for facility-related emergencies and maintain action plans.
5. Administrative Support
- Assist the HR Manager in organizing events and preparing meeting rooms.
- Maintain accurate records of office activities and provide reports as needed.
