About the Role:


We are seeking a stellar Investment Analyst to work across wealth management, alternative investments, and pre-IPO opportunities.


The role is ideally tailored for individuals with experience in wealth management firm or venture capital and have an all-round understanding of a diverse range of asset classes (ranging from start-up investments to alternative and traditional assets) and is eager to immerse themselves in a high-pressure environment, alongside a founding team building for the next generation of wealthy.


Key Responsibilities :

Deal / Investment :

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities with core focus on startup equity, pre-IPO shares, and other emerging alternate investment products.
  • Analyze business plans, financial models, and prepare investment memos with detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Manage deal execution from sourcing to closure, ensuring smooth legal and operational processes.
  • Track the performance of investments (including pre-IPO) through to exit events such as IPOs or secondary sales.
  • Provide portfolio management support, sharing periodic performance updates with investors.


Investor Relations :

  • Engage with prospective angel investors, partner networks, VCs, family offices, CXOs, etc.
  • Run the defined demand mandate to attract potential investors
  • Support organising Demo days, learning sessions & other events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with startup founders and stakeholders involved in transactions.


Wealth Products

  • Perform in-depth analysis of various wealth/ investment products (private, exotic and traditional) encompassing a comprehensive evaluation of their structure, market performance, risk profile, and alignment with evolving investor needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate user insights into products.
  • Forge alliances with various stakeholders essential for building the product


Growth Initiatives :

  • Create compelling data-driven presentations & reports
  • Support IC strategic initiatives including GTMs and business development activities


The Ideal Candidate

  • CFA or MBA or CA with about 1-4 yrs of experience
  • Outstanding track record of academic achievement with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in (a) wealth management firm or (b) venture capital, would be an advantage
  • Is passionate about the fintech, investment and VC space
  • Is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Is analytical, data driven & a problem solver
  • Is a team player with the ability to work independently
  • Can deal with ambiguity & is comfortable working in chaos
  • Knows their way around PPT and Excel


Certifications Required (optional):

NISM VA/VB (MF), XA/XB (RIA), XXIA/XXIB (PMS), XIX-A/XIX-B (AIFs) (can be acquired over 3 months post joining)


👉 Having a good network within the tech and startup ecosystem, and prior experience in the startup or wealth ecosystem (startup, VC, angel network, family office, incubator, accelerator, investment banking, e-cell) is a big plus.
