Role Overview:
The Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling our affiliate and influencer marketing programs. This individual will focus on identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with strategic partners and influencers to maximize brand exposure, drive conversions, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a passion for brand storytelling, a data-driven approach to growth, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with influencers and partners across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a scalable affiliate marketing strategy to grow revenue through partnerships.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, providing them with the tools and resources to succeed in promoting our brand.
- Manage existing affiliate relationships, ensuring they have up-to-date content and information on promotions, new products, and brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs.
Influencer Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
- Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, focusing on reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs, to represent and promote our brand.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers, managing agreements and deliverables to ensure effective collaboration.
- Track influencer performance, analyzing metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as traffic, sales, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop actionable insights from campaign data to refine and improve the affiliate and influencer programs continually.
- Regularly present reports to key stakeholders, highlighting program successes, areas for improvement, and strategies for growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns and assets.
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns through affiliate and influencer channels.
- Act as the primary contact for affiliates and influencers, providing ongoing support and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Budget and Resource Management
- Manage the budget for affiliate and influencer marketing programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet performance goals.
- Optimize spend across channels to ensure maximum ROI while adhering to budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving Affiliate or Influencer Marketing teams and efforts to drive revenue growth profitably.
- Strong technical expertise in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven success in building and scaling affiliate and influencer programs, with a strong track record of driving revenue.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with partners.
- Proficiency with affiliate networks, influencer platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, HasOffers, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing campaign performance.
