Strategic Pricing LeaderThe Strategic Pricing Leader plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective pricing strategies. This key position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of pricing, from development to execution, align with the company's overall business goals.Key Responsibilities:Pricing Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and client acquisition.Pricing Framework Development: Maintain a comprehensive pricing framework, encompassing cost-plus, value-based, and market-based models, for various service lines.Standardization and Consistency: Standardize pricing governance across geographies, verticals, and deal types to ensure consistency and control.Deal Pricing and Bid SupportLead Pricing Process: Spearhead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.Financial Modeling: Model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability.Commercial Structure Recommendation: Recommend optimal commercial structures (FTE, connect minutes, transaction-based, outcome-based, or hybrid models).Cost Modeling and BenchmarkingCost Model Development: Develop and maintain cost models (labor, tech, infrastructure, overhead) across regions and service lines.Benchmarking and Monitoring: Benchmark pricing and costs against market data to ensure competitiveness and monitor variance between estimated and actual delivery costs.Profitability ManagementProfitability Analysis: Analyze deal-level and portfolio-level profitability and identify margin improvement levers.Margin Expansion Initiatives: Collaborate with delivery and finance teams to drive margin expansion initiatives.Price Realization Tracking: Track price realization versus contracted rates.Commercial Analytics and InsightsPricing Dashboards and Tools: Build pricing dashboards and tools to monitor trends, elasticity, and competitive dynamics.Pricing Performance Insights: Provide insights on pricing performance and client behavior (discounts, renewals, renegotiations).Data-Driven Decision Making: Enable data-driven decision making for leadership.Collaboration and Continuous ImprovementCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Operations to align pricing with delivery capabilities and financial targets.Automation and Simplification: Implement automation tools (e.g., CPQ, pricing databases, margin simulators) and simplify pricing processes for faster response times.Requirements:Qualifications: MBA, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.Experience: 13-15 years' experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.Corporate Forecasting and Accounting Experience.
