We are looking to connect with experienced Legal Counsels (4–6 years PQE) for a leading life-sciences infrastructure platform. This role is based in Hyderabad and offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-value real estate and corporate transactions within a rapidly expanding industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage legal aspects of real estate transactions and ongoing projects. Conduct title due diligence and vet all project- and transaction-related documentation. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including sale/lease deeds, construction, demolition, excavation, and licence agreements. Liaise with external counsel, consultants, and regulatory authorities for approvals and registrations. Advise internal teams on land acquisition, land use, environmental, municipal, and other real estate law matters. Apply strong knowledge of real estate laws (including the Transfer of Property Act), land acquisition, title verification, and risk compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements (SHA, SPA) with working knowledge of the Companies Act. Interested professionals may reach out at for a detailed discussion.
