We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative Paid Advertising campaigns to drive business growth.Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including AdWords, YouTube, and other digital channels. You will work closely with our content team to develop compelling ad copy and optimize campaign performance.Key responsibilities include:Campaign creation and optimizationA/B testing and ROI analysisProgrammatic advertising and data-driven decision makingCollaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectivesTo succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of paid advertising and experience in at least two of the following areas:Performance marketing (min 2 years)Google Analytics and tracking softwareMarketing automation conceptsRemarketing and display advertisingMandatory requirements include confidence, willingness to learn, and a strong team player mindset.
